Get Some Sleep

I know I am tired when I am reading a really good book and I start to fall asleep. I think a lot of times we are running on adrenaline from one project to the next and it is only when we slow down that we finally realize that we are exhausted.

There was an interesting story on 60 Minutes this week about sleep and how much our bodies actually need it. I am including the link below. I think you will find the story interesting.

Try to slow down this week and see if you need a little extra sleep. If you don’t see a new posting for a few days you will know that I am finally getting some sleep!
